Project Nová tehelňa Senec is located in the northern part of Senec, close to the new crossroad Blatné. It’s composed of 14 buildings with a total of 385 apartments ranging from 34- 99 sqm in size (56 apartments is in 1. phase) with green spaces, children ́s play areas, sport facilities and commercial areas.

Nová tehelňa is a high-quality space located close to the town centre. In 1. phase, the gross built area is 2,244.50 sqm and the gross lettable area of 685 sqm is available for retail space.
