There is a small tree at the top of Nivy Tower that signals that the building work has reached the top.

The construction of Nivy Tower started in 2017 and is a part of the construction of the new Nivy bus station. The building has 29 office spaces and two technical floors, totalling 30,000 square metres of office space.

A restaurant and terrace with a panoramic view should be located at the highest accessible floor of the building. The developer HB Reavis plans to open the station in 2020.
