These well-connected buildings reimagine public space in Bratislava.
EINPARK project consists of two buildings.
EINPARK Residences represent contemporary and stylish living with an attractive location on the Danube river bank, and thanks to the nearby cycling route and connectivity to all the main roads the project offers excellent accessibility. The building has 18 floors and consists of 110 apartments, which range from 35 to 211 m² in size.
EINPARK Offices is the first building in Slovakia that meets the highest LEED PLATINUM pre-certification criteria, offering flexible office space and a public rooftop terrace with a 360° view of Bratislava. It has 6 floors.
EINPARK project has 30,990 m² of gross built area, 17,880 m² of gross lettable area, 16,083 m² of gross office space, 1,797 m² of gross retail space and 108 m² of gross storage area.
GUTHAUS, Corwin’s most ambitious project yet, is a unique housing development that kickstarts the transformation of the former industrial strip into a lively city boulevard.
The project consists of two towers, 17 and 20 storeys in height, interconnected by a eight-storey block. GUTHUAUS will be comprised of 292 apartments, providing the neighbourhood with more than 2,600 m² of green roofs and 14,000 m² of public landscape.
The apartments are equipped with balconies and range from 32-169 m² in size. GUTHAUS has 40,040 m² of gross built area (above-ground + underground), 857 m² of gross lettable area, 680 m² of gross office space, and 177 m² of gross retail space.
