Coronavirus in Slovakia: 79 new cases confirmed (graphs)

79 people were positively diagnosed with the coronavirus disease in Slovakia on September 20, the total number increased to 6,756.

Altogether 407,444 tests have been negative, according to the data from the National Health Information Centre.

Altogether 39 people have died, while 3,571 have recovered from the disease. Slovakia thus has 3,146 active coronavirus cases.

Slovakia's authorities release the testing results as of midnight the previous day every morning. Starting on March 27, also private labs are involved in testing samples for the coronavirus.
