No test, no work. Employees will have to take paid or unpaid leave

Those who will be quarantined with a positive test result will be entitled to pandemic sick leave.

Those who do not get tested in the coming weekends will need to isolate at home for at least ten days.

That is the rule of the mass-testing-based lockdown that will apply in Slovakia as of Saturday, October 24.

Labour Minister Milan Krajniak said on Thursday that those who do not attend tests will need to take leave from work because they will not be entitled to pandemic sick leave (PN), paid by social insurance.
