POSSIBLE candidates for the head of national Security Office (NBÚ) include head of police anti-drug squad Peter Kožík and author of books on underground literature during communism Ján Šimulčík.
The coalition is expected to meet over the matter on October 14.
Kožík was cited as a candidate for the liberal New Citizen's Alliance (ANO) and Šimulčík is allegedly the candidate of the Hungarian Coalition Party (SMK), reported the Slovak daily Sme. Both parties refused to confirm the information.
Another candidate is PM's advisor Milan Ježovica.
