Anna Fay moved to Slovakia from the US state of New Hampshire and joined The Slovak Spectator as a copy editor in 2017. She graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor's degree in writing in 2016. As a toddler, Fay lived in Bratislava during the 1990s and is enjoying rediscovering her childhood home as an adult.
