Pradiareň 1900
Pradiareň 1900 is home to modern office premises in the historic building of the former Spinning Mill factory. As one of the few historical monuments in Bratislava, the building is coming back to life. The open plan creates a generous space of office premises spread out on four floors that are both practical and representative of the area’s rich historical past.
The building consists of 14,990 m² of gross lettable area, 11,800 m² of gross office space, and 3,100 m² of gross retail space.

NUPPU
The NUPPU project, which means flower bud in Finnish, is destined to become the new blossoming district of Ružinov. It consists of 10 phases, a big yard and more than 1000 apartments, which will be finished in several phases during the next few years.
NUPPU will have 7-12 floors with 1,000 apartments, ranging from 37-117m² in size.
