At DYNAMIK HOLDING, we see the challenge of helping investors cope with the pressure that is exerted on them by both the shareholders and the public as an opportunity. The implementation of the ESG strategy is part of our corporate values which have guided us for decades.
We understand the concerns of many construction companies arising from the obligations gradually being introduced by European legislation. But we can say from our experience that the path to sustainability, not only environmental but also business sustainability, is a natural evolution. Although we are not yet obliged to report non-financial indicators, we have already undergone an ESG audit. The very positive feedback from the audit firm tells us that many of our existing procedures already meet the strict criteria. For example, our waste management programme far exceeds the requirements by legislation; we are proud to recycle over 97% of our construction waste. Innovative solutions in the construction industry are handled by a separate department, where we follow the principles of value engineering and much more.
This is not about obeying the law, but about our inner convictions. We know that investing in sustainability is not just a cost but a long-term benefit. Our system of work is based on firmly established values of quality, flexibility and long-term partnerships. Through this we are able to integrate ecological and economic concerns into every project.
Our values and commitment to sustainability are also reflected in our achievements and awards. For example, we were awarded as Best Managed Company for both 2022 and 2023. This confirms our ambition to lead not only in the construction industry, but also in implementing sustainable practices and values into our business strategy. But we want to go even further. We believe that more and more construction companies will follow our lead and look forward to the positive evolution of the industry.
