When shipping products, Deufol offers a comprehensive package of services consisting of product orientation and advice on suitable packaging, packaging production, packaging delivery, loading and fixing in a container or on a truck, document processing, and, last but not least, ensuring transport to the final customer.
The customer receives a 12-month warranty on the packaged goods, including anti-corrosion protection and packaging strength. Packaging is suitable for export outside the EU by the standard for treating wood as packaging material - ISPM15.

Practice requires flexibility in the production of packaging, Deufol does not produce "standard" packaging but takes into account the transported goods, their weight and dimensions, sensitivity, the requirement for anti-corrosion protection, the method of transport, and many other requirements. The customer receives a complete package, including signing according to transport standards, which can be a company logo or something similar.

The company made a major investment in Krušovce near Topoľčany, where it built an industrial hall with an area of 7,200 m2. The hall consists of four ships of 1800 m2 - each has four bridge cranes with a capacity of 12.5 tons. The competitive advantage of Deufol is the offer of this hall or part of it to customers for rent. Several customers used this to establish themselves in the Slovak market. Another form is short-term use for the assembly of machines during overloading of the customer's assembly premises, which is not an exceptional situation nowadays. Currently, the entire hall is used as an external warehouse with unloading and loading services for existing customers. The company expects changes to current customers this year.
