The competitions are called Euro mojimi očami (The Euro Through My Eyes), Tak vidím euro (How I See the Euro) and Predstav nám euro (Introduce us to the Euro).

Each school will receive an information letter and a billboard with basic data about the project. Students will be allowed to express their feelings with photographs or works of art. Havrilová added that the project is also educational, as the students will have to learn about the euro as they create their works.

Viliam Ostrožlík, vice-governor of the NBS, agrees. He told the SITA newswire that the project is part of the central bank's mission to address the dialogue about euro introduction to a broad cross-section of society.
