Hike to Veľká Baňa

Take a peaceful walk through Bratislava’s forest park (lesopark) for a refreshing outdoor experience. Start your journey by taking bus 43 from Patrónka to the Lesopark stop. From there, follow the forest paths until you reach Veľká Baňa — a lesser-known, unmarked hill rising 444 meters above sea level, located above the Rača district.

After enjoying the views, continue downhill toward the Detvianska tram stop. The entire route covers about 10 kilometers and takes approximately four hours to complete.
