The new website Legislativnepovinnosti.sk helps subjects active in the energy sector fulfil their duties, said Libor Láznička from company Sféra which organised the Energofórum 2016 conference in Vyhne (Banská Bystrica Region) in mid-October.
The website was launched in the beginning of 2016.
“The website reminds the subjects active in the energy sector of their legal duties,” Láznička said, as quoted by the TASR newswire. “It is a kind of calendar.”
The website includes the list of all duties the producers or suppliers of energy have, including reporting data to respective authorities on a daily or annual basis. If they fail to do so, they may be fined, Láznička said, as reported by TASR.
The website is operated by three companies: Sféra, Capitol Legal Group law firm, and Energy analytics.
