The Revitalization Committee did not approve any revitalization project at its first meeting on October 20, after having scrutinized the projects of six heavy manufacturing companies, ZŤS Dubnica nad Váhom, ZŤS TEES Martin, Martin Metal, PPS Detva, ZŤS Hričovské Strojárne, and ZŤS Elektronika Nová Dubnica. However, according to Finance Ministry spokesman Jozef Mach, none of the projects has been definitively rejected.
