Work on two towers in capital expected to begin next year

Lake Station project will cost €56 million.

Two massive towers will soon be added to Bratislava's skyline as a €56 million development project is set to get underway in Bratislava's Nové Mesto borough neat year.

The Lake Station project from developers Avoris Orange, a subsidiary of an Austrian development company Avoris and Slovak company Red Real Estate Development, will be dominated by two 28-storey towers with 160 apartments.

Construction is expected to start in the first quarter of 2025 and should last three years.

Red Real Estate Development has already completed a number of developments in Slovakia, including in Nitra, Detva, and the Business Centrum Pribišova in Bratislava.
