Bratislava Castle to be closed due to presidency

Slovakia’s presidency of the Council of European Union (EU) has brought the country, and especially the capital, many extras regarding cultural and social life. However, there are also some limitations.

Due to events connected with the country’s EU presidency, the Bratislava Castle – and all the Slovak National Museum’s (SNM’S) exhibitions, permanent and temporary, placed there – will be closed for the public on the following days: July 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, 20, 24 and September 2, 9, 12, 15, 16, 19, 21, 22, 26, as well as October 3. Visitors will be able to see only the exterior during these dates, SNM informs.
