BRATISLAVA “Rag Day”, or Bratislavský Majáles, has become a much-anticipated e-vent to mark May Day. The first weekend of May will offer a host of events, including concerts, events for children, discussions, gastronomy, a Danube ship cruise, a fireworks display, a bicycle ride around Bratislava Region, a handmade design market, a debate on Europe, a travelling photo exhibition and more.
Starting on April 30 and lasting until May 4, more details of the series of events (with many taking place simultaneously at different sites in and around Bratislava) organised by the city, the region and local tourism institutions, can be found at bratislavskymajales.sk.
