DESIGN: Twenty after Twenty - This exhibition presents the creative approach and ways of thinking of young architects. Twenty Czech and twenty Slovak studios were chosen; but the exhibits presented surprise – doghouses in the Czech designs and bird-boxes in the Slovak ones.

EXHIBITION: THE CENTRAL-Slovakian Gallery in Banská Bystrica is showing the exhibition The Romance of My Young Days, the Future of My Nostalgia Part 2. It includes a case study of the nostalgia and romantic sentiment connected with the pop-culture of the 1980s in then-communist eastern Europe, which adopted parts of western pop-culture that filtered through the strict censorship.
