CONCERT: VICTOR Wooten, a Grammy-winning US jazz-funk composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist, will perform at Bratislava’s Ateliér Babylon (in SNP Square 14) on April 22 at 20:00, accompanied by the popular Slovak Juraj Griglák Trio, consisting of Juraj Griglák (bass), Martin Valihora (drums) and Eugen Vizváry (keyboards). BALLET/CLASSICAL MUSIC: Faunovo Popoludnie, Biele Sny, Svätenie Jari / The Afternoon of a Faun, White Dreams, The Rite of Spring (premiere) – Composer Igor Stravinsky’s rather symbolic Rite of Spring has been hailed as one of most impressive pieces in the history of dance theatre (it is now choreographed by Ladislav Cmorej). The Afternoon of a Faun is a piece by Claude Debussy (choreographed by Boris Nebyla) and White Dreams is the work of Ryuichi Sakamato (choreographed by Igor Vejsada).
