It will present 18 movies from 11 countries, including the Canadian film Maurice Richard by Charles Binamé and the Belgian film Ordinary Man by Vincent Lannoo. MIXED MEMORY, the latest project by Slovak visual artist Peter Rónai to appear in the Ján Koniarek Gallery in Trnava, mixes several artistic styles, ideas and means of expressions. Black-and-white, often deformed self-portraits of the artist dominate the video installations. Into each of the portraits, Rónai placed a small video screening various situations, enabling visitors to peer inside the artist's micro-world. The exhibition takes place in the Ján Koniarek Gallery at Koppel House on Zelený kríček 3. It is open between Tuesday and Friday between 10:00 and 18:00 and on Saturday and Sunday between 13:00 and 18:00 until March 27. Tickets cost Sk20. For more information, call 033/5511-659.
