The festival takes place annually and those interested in submitting to the 2004 festival can send their shorts, which can be anything from a video-clip to computer animation, until autumn this year. The event is open to professionals as well as amateurs. Its organisers hold workshops led by professional filmmakers that teach short film technique.

The Slovak civic association Truc sphérique in Žilina, in cooperation with the European Cultural Foundation, sent three young Slovaks to such workshops, Zvarová was among them.
