AN EXHIBITION of Slovak graphic artist Juraj Poliak entitled Family Tree is running at the Koloman Sokol Gallery of the Slovak Embassy in Washington DC until February 17.

Born in 1969 in Liptovský Mikuláš, Poliak is one of the most promising young Slovak artists. He studied graphic art in Bratislava, France, and Greece. He creates experimental and computer graphic works, which can be found in private collections and have been displayed at several individual exhibitions at home and abroad.
