Constitutional Court Judge Tibor Šafárik defending himself against a critic of his recent ruling overturning the prosecution of former secret service officer Jaroslav Svěchota in the Michal Kováč Jr. kidnapping case. Lipšic is the Justice Ministry Office Head, and was one of the signatories of an expert legal opinion damning the Šafárik verdict.
