"It's the Supreme Court's decision. I've always said that the courts must decide in [former secret service boss Ivan] Lexa's case, not some policemen. Apart from that, Slovakia has a thousand more important problems than Lexa."
Smer party head Robert Fico, who is running for September elections on a law-and-order platform. Lexa, who faces 10 charges, was recently released from custody by the Supreme Court.
