AUSTRIAN firms invested the most in Slovakia last year. The volume of Austrian investments in Slovakia was €320 million in 2005, with companies from Sweden investing €92 million and firms from Germany investing €75 million, the daily Pravda reported.
German companies agreed on seven investment projects last year. French and Korean firms on six and five projects respectively. Austria, Spain, Italy, and Sweden prepared four investment projects each in 2005.
