FORTY-NINE companies are interested in the privatization of Slovakia’s two biggest airports in Bratislava and Košice, the Pravda daily wrote.
The state is offering 66-percent stakes in the airports. The Transport Ministry did not publish the names of the companies that have indicated interest.
Preliminary offers to purchase the shares will be accepted through September 5. Winning tenders should be selected by the end of this year.
