Ondrejčák was among 20 people arrested Tuesday. The arrests led to 23 people in total being charged with offences ranging from violent to property-related crimes. Ondrejčák's lawyer has filed a complaint against the court's decision, and now the Regional Court in Trnava will rule on the matter.

"My client Juraj O. was remanded in custody due to the possible risk of him escaping, hiding or influencing witnesses. I view the court's decision as unlawful and my client has filed an appeal against it," said Ondrejčák's lawyer. Ondrejčák is facing several charges, most notably arms trafficking and unauthorised possession of weapons.
