Rodamco has an option to increase its stake in Aupark. The Slovak company HB Reavis Group, which represented Filwood in developing and managing the Aupark projects, has agreed to cooperate with Rodamco on future shopping mall projects.

Ivan Valent, the head of HB Reavis Group, said the aim was to build an Aupark network around Slovakia in the next 10-15 years.
