GLOBAL insurance company Atradius, the world's second biggest insurance company for claims, opened a branch in Bratislava, the Hospodárske noviny daily wrote.
By entering Slovakia, Atradius strengthens its presence in Central Europe. It started operating in the Czech Republic in April 2004; in Poland in September 2004; and in Hungary in spring of this year.
Slovak Atradius, which now employs just three people, plans for sales to reach Sk39 million by the end of this year.
