ITALIAN Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is scheduled to arrive in Slovakia for an official state visit November 19.
According to the SITA news agency, the Slovak and Italian Prime Ministers are planning to discuss ways to strengthen economic cooperation and to increase Italian investments in Slovakia. Just recently Italian energy giant Enel won the tender for a 66-percent stake in the Slovak power producer Slovenské elektrárne.
Apart from investment opportunities, the two leaders were planning on discussing bilateral and multilateral cooperation in the context of EU and NATO membership.
