THE SLOVAK branch of the French company Bourbon FABI on October 31 announced plans to launch production of plastic components for the automobile industry at the beginning of next year at its plant in the village of Čáb near Nitra, the TASR news agency reported.
The investment in the plant, which covers an area of five hectares, is set to create 165 new jobs, and is expected to amount to a total of Sk144.3 million (€3.7 million).
Bourbon FABI SK, which plans to manufacture 1,800 tonnes of plastic parts a year, will supply components to French carmaker PSA Peugeot.
