ONLY DAYS after it published the state’s contract with the Korean carmaker Hyundai/Kia to show the public what incentives it provided the investor, the cabinet withdrew the contract from the Economy Ministry website.
According to the SME daily, the cabinet made this decision after the Koreans wrote letters to PM Mikuláš Dzurinda, Speaker of Parliament Pavol Hrušovský, and Economy Minister Pavol Rusko expressing their "principal disagreement" with the contract’s publication.
