ALLEGED Slovak underworld boss Mikuláš Černák, against whom PM Mikuláš Dzurinda filed charges for creating a public disturbance in a December skiing incident, failed to appear for a police interview on January 13 and excused himself with a doctor's note.
Černák, released last year on parole from an 8.5-year extortion sentence, is alleged to have aggressively pushed his way into a queue for a ski lift and knocked a Polish skier to the ground.
If found guilty of the charge, he could be returned to jail to serve the approximately four years remaining in his sentence.
