Černák, released last year on parole from an 8.5-year extortion sentence, is alleged to have aggressively pushed his way into a line-up for a ski lift and knocked a Polish skier to the ground.

If found guilty of the charge, he could be returned to jail to serve the approximately four years remaining in his sentence.
