Černák successor arrested

Michal Ondrejčák, the alleged ‘right hand’ and successor to jailed underworld boss Mikuláš Černák, has been arrested by police on suspicion of money laundering and extortion. It is the second time he has been detained on the same charges this year, having been freed in April 2002 by a local district attorney. He faces 12 years if convicted.
