The Chinese investment should create 500 jobs. The new plant is to produce pressed plastic parts for TV sets. The Chinese investor is to supply its product to the TV set producer Universal Media Corporation (UMS), based in the same town. Trend wrote that the investor plans to commence construction in 2010 while the final date will depend on whether the state grants investment incentives to the company and at what volume. SITA
