IN TWO years, a Chinese hotel named Shanghai could be built in Bratislava, reported the news wire SITA.
The head of the Bratislava regional government, Ľubo Roman, discussed the issue with the Shanghai businessmen during his recent trip to China.
"The businessmen would like to build a hotel that would meet their requirements. It would be taller than other hotels in Bratislava and the services would also be adjusted to Shanghai parameters," said Roman.
Roman expects an influx of Shanghai businessmen after Slovakia joins the Schengen area.
