A CONSORTIUM of Austrian financial entities - Meinl Bank AG, SH&E Limited and DLA Weiss-Tessbach Rechtsanwälte GmbH - will provide advisory services on the privatization of MR Štefánik airport in Bratislava and Košice airport, the TASR news wire reported.
According to Transport Ministry spokesman Tomáš Šarluška, "a specialist selection committee contacted seven candidates, five of them put forward their offers. The aforementioned consortium met the conditions in the best way.
"The advisory service will include consultations in terms of privatization, financing, legal matters and organization," he added.
The contract will be signed in a few days. The privatization of the state's share in both airports will finish by the end of 2005, officials say.
