Constitutional Court to judge Labour Code

The Constitutional Court has agreed to a request by members of parliament that it judge whether a recently changed Labour Code contradicts the nation’s constitution in setting limits on the maximum hours of work, in giving unions an advantage in the workplace, and in restricting part time contracts to students.
