SLOVAKIA'S Supreme Court ruled in favour of the national governmental organiyation Friends of the Earth-CEPA against the Economy Ministry in connection with the confidentiality of its agreements with Hyundai/KIA and PSA Peugeot Citroen carmakers.
The Economy Ministry must specify exactly which parts of the contracts are confidential, the TASR news agency reported.
Regarding KIA, Friends of the Earth-CEPA wants details about the investment, public finance contributions and the allocations for regional improvement in Žilina to be published.
