Font size: A - | A +

On March 12, the Bratislava I District Court agreed to begin the bankruptcy proceedings of the Slovenské Aerolínie airline. Court President Gabriela Bulubášová said that the decision would take effect on the day of its publication in the Commercial Bulletin. She expects this could happen on March 14 or 15. The court will then have five days to declare the company bankrupt and appoint a receiver of assets in bankruptcy. The receiver will be selected randomly by computer from a list of 53 receivers registered with the Justice Ministry list for the Bratislava I District Court.
