Ingredients: 1 pack of halloumi cheese; olive oil; lemon juice.
Preparation: Cut the halloumi in 5mm thick slices, then brush with olive oil and place on a grill or fry in hot olive oil in a frying pan. Once golden brown, season with lemon juice and serve immediately.
