The list of names will be updated monthly.

Health insurance companies can publish the names of non-payees, according to the law.

However, unlike social security provider Socialna poistovna, the companies cannot publish the names of companies who have not paid the employer’s tax contributions.

By the same token, employees whose insurance hasn't been paid by their employers will not be included on the list.
