Drunk driver sets new Slovak record

A Christmas police patrol booked a man for driving with 6.78 parts per thousand alcohol in his bloodstream. While medical experts generally agree that levels above 4 ppm alcohol are fatal, the man was still coherent enough to claim the bottle he was drinking from contained tonic water.
