THE SUPREME Court's electronic filing register is now fully functional. Supreme Court President Milan Karabin confirmed that the Justice Ministry has already issued a certificate approving the system.
According to the SITA news agency, Karabin also said that since January 1 all cases have been randomly assigned to judges using the electronic system, except custody cases. In instances where several cases are related, the crime senate will assign the case.
