The Slovak Economy Ministry has formed a special monitoring committee in response to the global financial crisis.
The aim is to speed up concrete measures to alleviate the effects of the global financial and economic crisis on the Slovak business sector. The ministry intends to focus on small and medium-sized companies and protect them through an early and immediate reaction by the state and other institutions to developments.
The committee was announced by Economy Minster Ľubomír Jahnátek. SITA
