JUST one day after the Economy Minister criticized Enel, the company has forwarded its proposed investment plan in Slovakia's dominant power producer Slovenské Elektrárne, the daily SME reported.

Economy Minister Pavol Rusko said that Enel wants to revise the structure of payments related to SE's disadvantageous contracts. Enel also proposed that the state would take over all disadvantageous contracts. The Slovak side considers these proposals to be unacceptable.

The ministry says that it needs more time to study Enel's plan, therefore it can't comment on whether the company incorporated Rusko's remarks.

Enel writes in its statement that it has fulfilled all required conditions.
