SLOVAKS are less satisfied with their present lives and view the future more pessimistically than people in the former EU15, the daily SME wrote.
Slovaks worry about losing their jobs more than the other EU members and they expect European Union (EU) membership to improve their economic situation, according to the Eurobarometer survey.
The survey was conducted by the AISA Slovakia agency in the autumn of 2004 on behalf of the European Commission.
