The expert analysed the individual parameters of the contract signed last year between the state-run National Highway Company (NDS) and SkyToll. According to the report, 98.81 percent of the due tolls have been collected, while the minimum figure stipulated in the contract is 98.91 percent. “The figure discovered doesn’t represent a severe violation of the contract by SkyToll,” the NDS said, as quoted by the TASR newswire, but said it would seek a discount, as it is entitled to under the terms of the contract.
