AS A SECONDARY school student, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico copied work from other students, chased girls, did not like math and physics, and hated chemistry, according to the leader himself.
The PM admitted all of this to students at the secondary school in Topoľčany where he studied 24 years ago, the SITA news agency wrote.
He told the students that the crib sheet he had used most frequently was pinned underneath his desk. Fico believes that writing out crib sheets is the best way to learn.
Fico also said that he originally wanted to study archaeology, and became a lawyer because only three students were accepted to the archaeology course at university at that time.
He said he cherished his time in secondary school as the most beautiful period of his life. His class would go on trips, usually to the Low Tatras. "There was drinking and chasing girls. I don't need to tell you about that, or I would probably turn red," the PM said.
Fico was visiting his former secondary school on the occasion of its 70th anniversary.
